Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers.

Do you accept walk in appointments?

We do not. Each dog requires a different amount of time for grooming based on their size, hair condition, temperament, etc. In order to get your dog groomed safely and in a timely manner, we organize our schedule by an appointment only basis.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 9:30am to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday and Monday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

My dog had a bad previous experience and is afraid to get groomed. Can I still bring him?

We do our best to accommodate dogs that are fearful. We might ask that you bring them in on a particularly quiet day or we may suggest starting slowly with simple treatments so your dog can relax and get used to us. We will work with you to create the best approach for your pup. For severe cases of anxiety or aggression, we might ask that you consult your veterinarian for medicine to help your dog relax.

Do you have grooming packages available?

Yes, please speak to your groomer to discuss package options.

How often should I bring my dog in?

Each dog is different! We suggest speaking to your groomer for a personalized suggestion. However, we usually recommend that short haired dogs come in once a month for a bath and maintenance treatments while long haired dogs come in every four-six weeks for a full groom and a maintenance session sometime in between.

Can I bring my own grooming products?

We use top of the line product when we groom your dog, however, if your dog has a skin condition that requires special shampoo or product, you can bring it for them. We ask that you notify us of their condition when booking your appointment

How long does it take to get my dog groomed?

This will depend on the size, temperament, and service you have booked for your dog. We usually ask that you drop them off in the morning and we give you a call one hour prior to them being done. If that doesn’t work for you, we can work together to best accommodate your schedule while still allowing for ample time for a safe and quality experience.

Can I wait for my dog?

That is up to you! However, we ask that you wait outside of the salon as most dogs get excited and jittery when they see their owner, making it hard for us to groom them safely.
